Timothy is a Chartered Pension Analyst and a Fellow of the American Academy of Financial Management (FAAFM), he is also an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Gloucestershire. He joined Minerva in 2000 having cut his teeth at Old Mutual Zimbabwe Life Assurance Company where he worked in the Actuarial Division – Odd Quotes, specializing in risk & pricing for 3 years. Timothy also holds various courses in Credit Management and did the Art of Creative Selling and Dynamics of Successful Management courses with Success Motivation International.
